Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Pyrogy Popper is a mobile game from 4Utopia, Inc. This policy explains what information is handled when you play the game.
Information Stored On Your Device
Pyrogy Popper stores game progress and settings on your device, including unlocked levels, scores, coins, daily challenge progress, sound settings, reduced-motion settings, onboarding state, and whether the remove-ads purchase has been unlocked.
This information is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to 4Utopia, Inc.
Advertising
Pyrogy Popper uses Google AdMob to show interstitial ads. AdMob may collect or receive device information, advertising identifiers, coarse location, app interactions, diagnostics, and related advertising data to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve ad services.
Google's handling of data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Pyrogy Popper offers a one-time remove-ads purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. 4Utopia, Inc. does not receive your payment card details.
The game stores whether the remove-ads purchase has been unlocked so ads stay removed after purchase.
Optional Meta Ad Measurement
Mobile versions that offer the Optional ad measurement setting can use Meta's SDK to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising brings players to Pyrogy Popper. This feature is off by default. It starts only after you choose to allow it in Settings and confirm you are at least 18. On iOS, Apple's tracking permission is also required. Older versions without this setting do not use this feature.
When enabled, Meta receives app installation and activation events, SDK-generated identifiers, app and device information, and network information including your IP address. Meta may associate this information with information it holds to measure advertising effectiveness. This is not anonymous measurement. The SDK may also process diagnostics and configuration information as described in Meta's policy.
Our Meta integration does not send your name, email address, game progress, or purchase events. Its automatic event logging and advertising-ID collection are disabled. This does not disable the separate Google AdMob advertising services described above. No Facebook or Instagram login is required to play the mobile game.
Meta's handling of information is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
Children
Pyrogy Popper is intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. It contains third-party advertising and in-app purchases. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us using the address below.
Optional Meta ad measurement is offered only to players who confirm they are 18 or older. Players under 18 should leave this setting off. This choice does not restrict gameplay.
Data Sharing
We do not receive payment for personal information. Data handled by AdMob may be processed by Google as described in Google's privacy policy and advertising documentation. Some privacy laws may treat advertising-related transfers as sharing for targeted advertising.
When you enable optional ad measurement, information is also transferred to Meta for advertising measurement and analytics. Google and Meta may process information outside your country. Their retention and deletion practices are described in their linked privacy policies; we do not promise that disabling a setting immediately deletes information they already hold.
Your Choices
You can reset local game progress by removing the app from your device. You can restore a remove-ads purchase through the in-app restore option where supported by the app store.
Device-level advertising settings may let you reset or limit advertising identifiers. The exact controls depend on iOS or Android.
In versions that offer Optional ad measurement, you can turn it off in Settings. This stops future activations initiated by our integration and prevents its initialization on the next launch. It does not retract information already sent or cancel a request already in progress. On iOS, you can also withdraw tracking permission in system Settings.
Where available, Ad privacy choices in the game's Settings lets you revisit Google's consent message. That choice is separate from optional Meta measurement. To ask about access to or deletion of information, contact [email protected]. We will help identify the relevant service; requests concerning data held by Google or Meta may also need to be made through their privacy controls. Do not send us passwords or payment card information.
